All: the workpiece shall be inspected by the gauge comprehensively to obtain correct and reliable inspection results. The end of the plug gauge shall be inspected on the whole length of the hole, and also in two or three axial planes. Check the end of the plug gauge as far as possible at both ends of the hole.
